Individual Total Sorbed Metal Analysis

• This is EPA Method 3050 B to determine the elements that could become “environmentally available” (total sorbed)
• Used to develop sound water management programs to monitor water for elevated levels of toxic heavy metals that are primarily found in populated areas and are usually the result of industry or other human activity
• Elevated or toxic levels of lead and arsenic can also be found in older homes where galvanized piping were used.
